Andrea & Justin :: Asheville Wedding Photographer

Andrea and I go way back. Back to high school. And it’s getting to the point now where it’s not far fetched for me to say that high school was ” way back when” – our 10 year reunion is coming up next year!:(I’ve already put up the bridal shots from Andrea’s session – Here – The big day came and the weather was great. A little warm like NC can be, but not like it is this summer. We all had a great time, Kevin and I shot into the night along with Jenn from Mirrored Images who helped me out as well. Big thanks again to Kevin & Jenn.

Andrea got ready at the beautiful Lake Lure Inn & Spa The Inn is a popular place for weddings in the Lake Lure area. Hopefully we raised the bar of places to shoot at the Inn. You’ll notice when you see the pictures below! Thanks again for Andrea allowing me to be there. She’s thrilled with the prints she got done and was a pleasure to work with. Justin was a great groom, when Andrea was walking down the isle you could really tell that he was excited to be marrying Andrea. Congrats to both of you guys!!

Now, onto the pictures!!

Please note the next two exit pictures were taken in pure darkness. So they’re not technically exposed the best.

Lauren & RJ :: Charlotte, NC Wedding @ The Ballantyne Resort

So I just realized that I never put up a full blog post from Lauren & RJ’s wedding. The wedding was at the awesomely (yes, made up word) beautiful Ballantyne Resort in South Charlotte. You can check out the resort here,  Ballantyne Hotel – it was a GREAT venue. The food was also fantastic. The steak was PHENOMENAL. Lauren and RJ rocked the day, smooth and calm all afternoon and into the evening. After the edits were all done and processed (including renaming) I realized that our camera clocks were off so they’re not in order of time like they should, so if they skip around, I’m sorry!)

Warning: There is a lot of pictures. There are just too many that you HAVE to see. Enjoy!!

Kitty Shots :: Chloe! Kitty photos in Charlotte, NC

After a very long and relaxing day on Sunday in Charlotte, I shot a few pictures of Melissa’s kitty Chloe.  She definitely just laid there while I took her pictures. She loves having the camera on her! Next time I’m in Charlotte we’ll get some action shots of her, but Mel wasn’t about to stop watching True Blood last night to throw a toy for me lol!!
